Delete your account, and your data.
You can delete your MenoTracker account at any time, and with it the health data you logged. The quickest way is inside the app. If you can no longer get into the app, email us and we will do it for you. This page also says plainly what is deleted, and what is not.
In the app
- Open MenoTracker and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm with Delete.
Deletion happens as soon as you confirm, and it cannot be undone. The app then signs you out and clears the reminders it scheduled on your phone. If you signed in with Apple, the app also revokes its Sign in with Apple token, as Apple requires — if Apple asks you to confirm, that is why.
Your subscription is separate
Deleting your account does not cancel a MenoTracker Plus subscription. Apple or Google bills it, not us, so it keeps renewing until you cancel it in your store account:
- iPhone or iPad — Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MenoTracker → Cancel Subscription. Or open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions on the device.
- Android — Google Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MenoTracker → Cancel subscription. Or open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
It does not matter which you do first. We cannot cancel a store subscription for you.
What is deleted
When you confirm, these are deleted from our database (hosted by Supabase in the European Union):
- Every symptom entry — dates, symptoms, severities and notes.
- Your settings — your stage, birth year and reminder time.
- Your saved AI insights, if you used Plus.
- Your login and profile — your email address and password, or your Google or Apple sign-in, plus your display name and push-notification token. The one exception is described in Nº 04.
If you also use another DJUMP app
MenoTracker is made by DJUMP, MB, and our apps share one sign-in system. Deleting your MenoTracker account always removes all of your MenoTracker data. If you then have no data left in any other DJUMP app, your login is deleted as well. If you do — because you use another of our apps with the same email or sign-in — the login and basic profile stay, so that app keeps working. To remove them too, delete your account in that app as well, or email us.
What is kept, and for how long
- Backups. Deleted data leaves our live database immediately, and our backups and archives within six months at the latest.
- Purchase records. Records of a subscription purchase may be kept where the law requires it, for example for tax and accounting. Apple and Google hold theirs under their own policies; RevenueCat, which tells the app whether Plus is active, holds a subscription record tied to a pseudonymous ID, never your entries.
- Usage events and crash reports, only if you allowed them. They never contain what you logged, and the in-app deletion does not reach them — ask us by email and we will remove them too.
If you can't get into the app
Email start@djump.io from the address you signed up with, with the subject line “Delete my MenoTracker account”. You don't need to give a reason. We reply within a few working days and complete the deletion within one month at the latest, as the GDPR requires. If we cannot match your address to an account — for example because you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email — we will ask you to confirm the account is yours before we delete anything.
Remember to cancel your subscription in the App Store or on Google Play as well (Nº 02).
Deleting only some of it
To keep the account but remove some entries: today's entries can be deleted straight from the Log tab; for older ones, email us and say which. To stop usage analytics and crash reports without deleting anything, turn off Usage & crash reports in Settings.
